Green Square in Fortitude Valley led the way – with the mixed-use precinct not only revitalising a contaminated 1 hectare land parcel in Brisbane’s inner city, it was also recognised by the GBCA as Queensland’s first 6 Star Green Star – Office Design and Office As Built rating for North Tower; and 5 Star Green Star – Office Design and Office As Built for South Tower.
The knowledge and learnings from this project was then adopted to 400 George Street, an iconic office tower in Brisbane’s CBD that was officially opened by Premier Anna Bligh at the end of last year; and HQ - a mixed-use precinct which will ‘sign post’ the entry to the ‘New Valley’ upon completion in April this year. Both developments have received a 5 Star and 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 rating respectively.
