April 2010: Master Plan for the 'Lot 490' Kingscliff Resort on display
Community Benefit Plans
As a requirement of the Development Lease, Leighton Properties has prepared a number of Community Benefit Plans:
The Aboriginal Participation Plan outlines participation opportunities for Aboriginal people in the development and operations phases of the resort;
The Community Engagement Plan outlines future community engagement opportunities during the planning phase of the project;
The Environment Management Plans (Dune Management and Riparian Management) outline the proposed environmental rehabilitation and revegetation works to be undertaken in the dune and riparian management areas; and
The Community Facilities Plan describes the proposed public amenities and facilities to be created as part of the resort development.
